At Femme Health, we want you to feel confident in your wardrobe choices, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn apparel with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, intimate wear and earrings are non-returnable unless faulty.

Return Process

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip to ensure your refund is processed accurately.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
